Hi and welcome,

 

Thank you so much for joining me. I'm glad you're here. A little bit about me - My name is Kalen Olson and I grew up in the pacific northwest with a pretty normal life. I loved playing outside, remaining curious about the world around me... and I've always had a love of the arts. In addition to feeling a sense of connection to playing in nature, a big sense of connection for me was growing up in a Christian church.

 

In my 20s (2014) I started to wonder if there was this deep love Jesus spoke of... how come I didn't always feel. it or see it in the world? After sitting with some deep questions, I found that there were other teachings by Jesus that weren't captured in the bible by the church and those who wrote the sacred text at the time. I began finding resonance with the gnostic teachings of Jesus and Mary. Everything in my body felt a deep yes with the unconditional message of love, and more importantly that we can access this love through a gnostic path involving meditation. To begin healing anger in my relationships, I also studied and became certified in Nonviolent Communication, different forms of meditation and felt a well of life begin to fill me. It was unlike anything I'd experienced before.

 

At the heart of it all I stayed with the questions: What does it really mean to be spiritual? Or to live a sacred life? Can we have a "normal" life without disappearing from our current lives?

 

After studying gnostic teachings alongside teachers and mentors over the last 10 years I began to realize... in today's fast-moving world, the anwer became a deep seated yes, with a willingness to bring this teaching more and more into my life. I began to discover there is power when we bring our meditation practices to life in an embodied way. I started creating a life of less burnout in my public education teaching job, rooted in more joy and authenticity than I ever had.

I learned that while regular manifestation may create more money in our account, it doesn't always align with living a life lit up from our hearts, sharing our gifts. Designing a life from the heart and soul lead to a life where I felt taken care of while feeling the most passionate and joyful and... me! 

 

Not only did I discover this for myself, but I also have been sharing this way of accessing your inner wisdom with clients. What I share with people is this: by diving into the mystery within each of us and attuning to your own inner truth... life feels more authentic, joyful, and juicy. When we're living a life from true authenticity, we begin to give from overflow. No more empty cups ladies!

 

This is the vision I've been feeling called to share at Kalen Olson that me and so many others have been celebrating. Home becomes who we are, expressed in ALL of our relationships. Join me and so many others together and reawaken your inner guide to live a big, bold, full, juicy life!
