A little about me:

After years of high performance and feeling burnt out I began integrating sacred spiritual coaching into my own life over the last 10 years. My life quickly started to shift from burn out to clarity in how to live professionally, healthfully, in relationships, and financially. I have captured many "high" achievements in sales, non-profit, and in education. I uncovered how to listen to my heart in order to unlock a life of greater trust, while still enjoying the riches of life.
